HOW TO CHECK IN YOUR KIDS

Visit the Information Desk in the foyer and a volunteer will walk you through the check in process. You will be asked for your name, phone number, your child’s name, birthdate, and any allergies and medical concerns. Families will receive a name tag for each child and a matching parent’s badge that will be used for pick up at the end of the service. A volunteer will then direct you to your child’s classroom.

Finding your child’s classroom
After checking in at the foyer check-in stations you’ll find our nursery and younger classrooms in the adjacent hallway, and the classrooms for older children in the East wing of the building. Please let a volunteer know if you need any assistance finding your child(ren)’s classroom. We’d be happy to show you the way!

CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES ON SUNDAY MORNINGS

Activities in class

Once your child enters their classroom they will be greeted by trained and screened volunteers who will lead them in age appropriate gospel-centered teaching and activities. A typical Sunday morning class may include worship, snacktime, games, and free-play time depending on age. Please let your child’s teacher know if they have any food allergies, or need any accommodations.  If your child has special needs, we’ll talk with you about how we can best serve your family.

Contacting you during service

If we need to contact you during the service, your child’s badge number will be displayed on the small screens at the front of the auditorium. As a back-up to the auditorium screens volunteers may also text you.
