About Us
What to Expect
We are taking a number of steps to make our services safe for attenders. To find out these and other details, visit our reopening FAQ page. If you have questions, feel free to email us at office@graceb3.org.
Please park in the front parking lot and enter through the front-facing main entrance. Parking does tend to be congested, so we ask for your patience.
Don’t feel like you have to dress up. Most people wear casual attire, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Our kids and student classes are safe, age-appropriate environments where kids have their classes with singing, a Bible lesson and interactive time. For kids fourth grade and below, we require kids to be checked in. Parents will receive a security badge that matches their kid's name tag and this badge should be presented upon pickup.
If you have kids with special needs, we would love to serve you. Please look at our Special Needs Ministry page for more information.
Services last about one hour and five minutes. We start by playing three to four songs. Then a pastor preaches. Sometimes we have something special happening, like baby dedications, baptisms or communion. If there is something special happening it will be featured in the bulletin and on our church app's e-bulletin.

Child Wellness Policy
For health standards, children must be free from fever or symptoms of a contagious disease for 24 hours. Here are some signs of illness...
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Rash
- A runny nose
- Fever in the past 24 hours
- A persistent or hacking cough
Check-Ins
Check-in begins 10 minutes before each service starts. If you’re a first-time guest you will need to fill out a registration card to check your children for our kids classes and receive security stickers. The stickers serve two purposes:
- Parent Paging - If we need you during service, the number on your sticker will be displayed.
- Child Pick-up - You must present your portion of the sticker before we release your child.
Get Our Newsletter
We send out a mostly monthly newsletter to keep parents in the know because sending notes home with small children is sometime equally effective as the 'message-in-a-bottle' approach to communication.
Kids at Grace
Grace Children's Ministries exist to partner with parents to disciple the next generation. Grace’s Children's Ministries are run by Cindy Sulwer, the Director of Children's Ministries and her team of four: Lizz Hagedorn, Nursery Coordinator, Amanda Chidister, Preschool Coordinator, Natasha Miller, Elementary Coordinator and Korene Lanxon, Special Needs Coordinator. Where our Children's Ministry ends our Student Ministry, Directed by Brian Hagedorn picks up.
Sunday Schedule
Children's classes are offered for infant through 6th grade, except for 5-6 grade during 1st and 3rd services.

Nursery
Our goal in Children's Ministry is to point kids to Jesus as we partner with parents to disciple the next generation. This is achieved on Sunday mornings through worship, prayer and Bible reading. Our nursery classes are led by trained volunteers who have been carefully screened. Children with disabilities are welcome. If your child has special needs, please educate us on providing the best care.
Our volunteers are required to be trained and screened. Let us know of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have.
Baby Dedication
The word “dedicate” means to set aside or commit to a sacred purpose. Baby dedications are celebrations of the birth or adoption of a child and allow parents to commit themselves publicly to raise their child in the nurture and love of the Lord. We require parents to attend our Baby Dedication Class, but only once.

Kids and Communion
So your kid wants to take part in communion. Now, what are you going to do? We believe that all who are trusting in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins and have made a consciously intent to follow the Lord in obedience are welcome to take communion. When should my kids start taking communion?
Sunday Schedule
Children's classes are offered for infant through 6th grade, except for 5-6 grade during 1st and 3rd services.

Sunday Classes
During Mission's Club kids in grades K-4 are taught about one of our core values here at Grace: Gospel Mission. Not only are they taught about what God is doing globally, but how they can be missionaries every day in their own school, home and neighborhood.

Kids Church begins with the Pre-K through 4th grade classes together for corporate worship. Kids then return to their grade level classes where they learn Gospel Truth through the Children Desiring God curriculum, which teaches who God is, who we are in relation to Him and how to view all of life through a Biblical worldview lens.

Gospel Community is experienced and emphasized in Grace Place. During this hour, kids in grades K-4 are together learning how the Bible tells God's redemptive story from beginning to end.

Special Needs
Our goal in the Special Needs Ministry is to help each individual find the best fit for growing their faith and for sharing their spiritual gifts. We welcome all children to our Sunday classes, and we also know that some children need extra help for success. We believe that all children are made in the image of God and have been given the ability to worship and serve Him. We offer a buddy for each child that needs extra support in the classroom and work with parents/guardians to find the right balance for their child on Sunday morning. We also have a sensory room for when kids need a break from class time.
Our volunteers are required to be trained and screened. Let us know of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have.
How do we start?
To participate in our special needs program we ask that you submit a contact form. Our Special Needs Coordinator will follow up with your family when she receives your form. This allows our ministry staff, teachers and volunteers to provide a safe and loving environment for your child.
Sunday Schedule
Children's classes are offered for infant through 6th grade, except for 5-6 grade during 1st and 3rd services.
We realize that our Special Needs Families can face a unique challenge during family sit-together Sundays. To that end, we work with our Special Needs families on an individual basis to provide class time for any age during the family sit-together Sundays and seasons.

Weekly Events

Adult Ministries
Community Groups

We believe that our faith is a lifestyle, not an event. We meet throughout
the week in community groups to encourage and build one another up to love and good deeds.
Thrive Classes
Thrive is Grace’s set of classes that are designed and planned to equip the adults of our church to bring in, build up and branch out for the glory of God.
We hold Thrive classes in two semesters beginning each September and January. Thrive classes are a great way to meet others in Grace that are heading the same way, get training and be built up in maturity for Christ.

Women's Ministries

Grace Women’s Ministry desires to glorify God by equipping and encouraging each woman to know Christ personally and to live out Jesus' purpose in all aspects of her life.
Men's Ministries

Grace Men’s Ministry desires to glorify God by equipping and encouraging each man to know Christ personally and to live out Jesus' purpose in all aspects of his life.
