Getting Grace Unstuck
Restructure Updates
You'll likely recall previous updates about the organizational restructure at Grace. (If this doesn't ring a bell, check out the Unstuck video series on YouTube.) We're excited to share significant progress with the re-org!
Context
Over the past year the Grace staff have been working with the UNSTUCK group to examine and improve the inner workings at Grace. (You've likely felt the pain of our old processes.) This has included examining our place in the corridor community, understanding what God is calling us to right now (our vision), and making changes to the church as an organization to empower and support our vision, and strategies we'll use to accomplish it.
The Gist
We've finalized the church's new staff structure, effective at the start of December, and have some specifics to share with you.
- We've hired a new Executive Director, Joshua Haveman, who will be starting Mid- to Late-December. Josh and his family have been part of Grace North Liberty for a number of years, and he brings valuable administrative and organizational skills to the church.
